Amplifyd, Inc. ("Amplifyd", "we", "our") builds software that helps marketing teams operate more effectively. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our website, beta program, and products.
Data we collect
We collect contact details (such as name, email, company) when you request beta access, subscribe to updates, or communicate with us. If you join the beta, we collect data necessary to connect your marketing stack—such as platform credentials, performance metrics, and campaign metadata. Usage analytics help us understand how Amplifyd is performing and where to improve.
How we use data
We use personal and product data to deliver, maintain, and improve Amplifyd; to configure integrations; to provide support; to communicate updates; and to comply with legal obligations. We never sell customer data. Marketing communications are optional and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing & processors
We only share data with trusted subprocessors required to run Amplifyd (for example: hosting, analytics, email delivery, and integration partners). Each partner is reviewed for security and confidentiality. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.
